About Us
Community Case Management Corp (CCMC) can help you and your loved one. As a case management company, we work with you to develop a solid, cohesive plan of action — even before you need it. Since 2001, we've been helping families carefully think through all the different aspects of developing a customized plan.
Alan Matsunami, a 20-plus year veteran manager of various Medicaid programs in Hawaii, serves as Director of Operations for CCMC. He has day-to-day responsibility for dental care coordination services and oversees all contracts to provide services for Hawaii’s families who are eligible for Medicaid.
Prior to joining CCMC, Matsunami had served in various management roles with the Med-QUEST Division in the State Department of Human Services since 1986. He was responsible for the management of the Hawaii QUEST managed care program, including policy development and implementation and management of facets of the Fee for Service program.
Alan holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Hawaii — Manoa.
